Nick Brown
Chairman
Nick is responsible for the overall governance and performance of StructureForm, bringing a wealth of construction experience to the team.
With a career spanning four decades, he was most notably the founder and director of general contractor Icon Co. for over 20 years, before its acquisition by Japanese multinational Kajima Corp. In the years since he has been an investor and advisory board member to a range of businesses across the construction, finance and pro-tech sectors.
Nick contributes financial strength, a relationship focus, comprehensive experience and a unique perspective to StructureForm, comfortably positioning the company for long-term success.
General Manager
Overseeing the day-to-day running and estimating for StructureForm, James has a reputation within the industry for integrity—and over 20 years’ experience in his back pocket.
A qualified structural engineer who’s worked on highly complex structures both internationally and within Australia, James applies his breadth of construction experience to test and challenge each project to its limits. This driving force ensures StructureForm are consistently offering innovative and cost-effective solutions to our clients.
In previous roles as Estimating Manager at Symal, Design Manager & Assistant Project Manager at Multiplex Constructions, he worked on large-scale complex projects, including Perth Stadium and the delivery of the Monash Learning and Teaching Building and 405 Bourke Street, Melbourne.
James utilises his diverse industry experience to embed professionalism, organisation and a problem-solving attitude into every aspect of his work.
Delivery
Marco is on the ground at StructureForm, actively managing operations and performance across all projects on site.
Having spent his career first building and then running the formwork decks on some of Melbourne’s largest and most complex structures, Marco is passionate about delivering projects that operate safely, effectively and error-free.
Since starting as an apprentice carpenter at Form700 34 years ago, Marco has run site crews of over a hundred men and played an integral part in delivering over 2.5 million square metres of formwork within Melbourne.
He works across all active StructureForm projects to ensure the successful delivery of business objectives to our clients, and has spent decades building solid working relationships with his supplier and builders network.
